On Tuesday we had a visit from The Jewish Discovery Tour who came to teach the children about Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year. Rabbi Yosef delivered a very entertaining assembly showing the children his ‘Shofar Factory’; where the children were invited up to help saw, drill and sand a ram’s horn, which plays an important role in the celebrations.
